Should you find an online rate lower than our confirmed rate within 24 hours from booking, all you have to do is send an e-mail to email@example.com indicating the booking channel where you found this lower rate. Once we’ve checked that the lower rate, in fact, actually corresponds to the same type of rate plan (same room, same number of people, date of arrival/departure and same booking conditions) not only will we apply the rate you’ve found but we’ll also give you a further 10% discount.
Generally speaking, rates tend to increase as the date of arrival approaches; consequently the sooner you book, the better rate you’ll get. Should we, after you’ve received your booking confirmation, exceptionally publish a lower rate (all the above-mentioned principles hold true), we shall make sure that this better rate be applied upon departure.
