Plenty of sun and a refreshing swim

The Lido di Lugano is the ideal place for relaxing on the grass or on the beach next to the lake. When the heat rises, the water of the lake or the open-air Olympic swimming pool is there to cool you down!

A kids’ paradise

Children are welcome at the Lido di Lugano. There are dedicated areas equipped for them: a small heated pool for non-swimmers, or a paddling pool with water games for the littlest ones. What could be more fun for your kids!

For sports lovers

Meanwhile, for sports lovers the Lido di Lugano offers a beach volley pitch and a five-a-side football pitch. The sports area is also extended as guests have access to clay tennis courts nearby (separate booking and payment required).

And in the evening... a charming lakeside bar

A restaurant and two bars are always open to delight your palate. In the evening, the lido becomes a lounge bar with a wonderful view over the lake (summer only, for more information see www.allidobar.com)

Only for our guests: free entrance and bathing hut!

Entrance to the Lido di Lugano is free for our guests staying in Executive rooms, Junior Suites or Suites. What’s more, in the summer season the Hotel Lugano Dante provides a bathing hut reserved for its guests, where they can get changed and store their personal items.

Entrance fees for the summer 2010 season are:
   - adults: 10.00 CHF
   - children/teens 9-20 yrs: 5.00 CHF
   - children under 9 yrs: 3.00 CHF
